The Thunderbird Titans improved to 2-0 on the season with a 42-6 win over the Moon Valley Rockets. After the Rockets jumped out to a 6-0 lead, Sophomore Zy’Chaun Little responded with an 86 yard kickoff return TD and later added a rushing TD. The Titans defense would hold Moon Valley scoreless the rest of the night thanks to strong performances by Juniors Cael Cordova and Ben Paul. Several players made contributions on both sides of the ball. Junior Hunter Donathan had a fumble recovery and a rushing TD. Senior QB/FS JP Stewart intercepted a pass and threw for a TD pass to Orin McMacken. Sophomore Daryl Little had an interception to go with 5 receptions and 169 all purpose yards. Melakye Little added 2 rushing TDs and the Titans cruised to a 42-6 win.
